Just heard about Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI)'s color books series. They refer to various fields of electrical power transmission and are exorbitantly priced. The Red book is listed at $4750! No wonder people go for pirated copies. Why information should be kept at a premium is hard to understand. In my bussiness we have the AC Transmission Line Reference Book 200 kV 3rd Edition EPRI and Transmission Line Reference Book - 345 kV and Above EPRI 1982 are good books.

Antonio, unfortunately I can't support requests for pirated books or software. You may do an online search and get it easily (about 50-70 MB) in the very first Google page.
I don´t know another book about Distribution Underground Networks.
